I had a cozy room that was clean and had everything I needed, like a good Wi-Fi connection and a nice coffee table 🌟. I really enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer!

Good staff; the shuttle bus from the airport (though it may not be running in midday hours, so check with the hotel in advance); the 3 minute walk from the hotel to the Keikyu line for 240 yen going to Shinagawa where one can switch to the Yamate jr line to go to other destinations in Tokyo. Coming back the last day to the JAL City hotel for the next morning's early flight, we discovered that there is a hotel limo-bus service from certain strategic Tokyo hotels back to Haneda airport. E.g. we took it from the Akasaka Excel Hotel in Akasaka-mitsuke for 1100 yen to the Haneda airport terminal.

I liked sleeping 1 night in this hotel. Distance to the airport was just 5 km. The room was new-fashioned and beautifully designed with functional bathroom and captivating views.

There was a not very comfortable bed.

Nice building and rooms, thoughtful amenities 👌. It's in a great spot, really close to the local train station!

Free bus service to Haneda Airport early in the morning.

Convenient and unbeatable location for visiting restaurants and eateries close to the hotel. The airport was approx 10 minutes' drive away. The rooms were all well-appointed with double bed.

The hotel was a great base for sightseeing in Tokyo. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The location of the hotel was magnificent, close to Tokyo downtown.

The room was well-kept and well-appointed, with a double bed, bathroom, and tea/coffee provided. The hotel's location was convenient and perfect for accessing the airport, with a free shuttle to Terminal 2 taking only 10-15 minutes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Jal City Haneda Tokyo. The breakfast was fresh, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. The hotel also had convenient on-site private parking.

Shuttle bus to go to Haneda airport for very early morning flight. We suggest that the hotel publishes the shuttle bus schedules to and from various Haneda terminals so that guests can better organize their travels etc even before arriving at the hotel. Thank you.

The walls could certainly be a bit thicker, it was possibly the noisiest hotel I have stayed in.

The hotel was beautifully designed with a comfy double bed. The location was ideal, with a fast food restaurant nearby, easy access to a train line, and close to Haneda airport.

Great value for the location! It was a 5 minute ride on the free shuttle to the airport, had a friendly staff, and had very clean, comfortable, and modern rooms! I will definitely be staying here again!
